Toby Hall (Chairman)

Toby Hall is currently Chief Executive Officer, Mission Australia, the largest national not-for-profit in Australia’s community welfare sector. Toby is MBA qualified and prior to his current position held senior positions in both the public and private sectors. Toby’s experience covers banking, branded products and licensed images, documentary production, health and local government. Toby’s specialist knowledge areas are strategic management, information technology and organisational development

Director and Chairman since November 2008. Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Compliance Committee and member of the Audit Committee. 

Dan Daniels (Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer)

Dan Daniels is Executive Chairman of the Daniels Corporation, a group of companies associated with Mr Daniels.   The Daniels Corporation is a leader in the design and production of automated machinery and medical waste safety products.  This included the development of the first reusable sharps collection system that introduces safe methods of collection and disposal of sharp instruments from the healthcare community.

Dan has a wide range of interests including directorships of large private companies and charitable organisations.  Catilina Nominess Pty Ltd, a company controlled by Dan is the largest shareholder in SteriHealth Limited 

Appointed Director 13 October 2004 and appointed Managing Director 24 January 2007.  Member of the Remuneration Committee and Compliance Committee.

Mr Lorenzo Coppa (Independent Non-Executive Director)

Mr Coppa is the founder and CEO of the City Software Group, a leading IT solutions provider and SAP reseller. He has a proven track record of business automation and integration, acquisitions and innovation in a highly competitive industry.

Mr Coppa serves on a number of non profit boards.

Mr Markus Koch (Executive Director)

Markus Koch has Extensive experience in the setup and restructuring of businesses.  Instrumental in the dynamic growth of international organisations.  Director of several international companies.  Markus is an officer of Catilina Nominees Pty Ltd, which is the largest shareholder in SteriHealth Limited and is the Chief Executive Officer of the Daniels Corporation. 

Appointed Director 27 May 2005 and appointed Executive Director on 24 January 2007. Member of the Compliance Committee.

Mr John Sikkema (Independent Non-Executive Director)

Former CEO of Garrisons Pty Ltd which he built and grew from a financial planning business in Tasmania into an Australia wide business which was sold to the Packer family backed listed entity Challenger Financial Services in 1999.  John has extensive experience in strategic planning, vision, leadership, as well as people management and building a distribution network.
