Veterinary Practices produce a signicant amount of Clinical waste that should be appropriately handled, stored and removed by a licenced Waste company such as SteriHealth.

Interesting fact: Unknowingly, many veterinarians discard a significant amount of Clinical waste (e.g. Blood stained gloves, Animal waste following surgery) into General Rubbish.  The EPA in conjunction with SteriHealth, are helping to educate vets on how to segregate clinical waste from General waste.
